TRC Energy Services
Cities and agencies across the U.S. are moving from planning for resiliency to implementing complex and innovative strategies to ensure critical services are maintained during periods of electric grid system disruptions. Whether disruptions are the result of climate change or aging infrastructure, the goal is the same but the approaches are wide-ranging. This presentation will discuss the many paths to local and regional resiliency using specific examples from communities in coastal areas of the Eastern and Western U.S. TRC will present mini-case studies from four communities and highlight similarities and differences to the approaches to achieve energy resiliency.
