Association of Energy Engineers

The Association of Energy Engineers is a non profit professional society whose mission is to promote the scientific and educational interests of those engaged in the energy industry and to foster action for sustainable development. AEE is the gateway for information on the dynamic field of energy efficiency, renewable energy, and carbon reduction strategies. AEE is in its 39th year and offers a full array of educational and certification programs including seminars, conferences, books, journals, and networking trade shows. The overall strength of AEE is highlighted by a strong membership base of over 18,000 professionals in 100 countries - thousands of individuals who have been certified under its programs, including Certified Energy Managers (CEM), Certified Energy Auditor (CEA), Certified Sustainable Development Professionals (CSDP), Certified Building Commissioning Professionals (CBCP), Certified Measurement and Verification Professionals (CMVP), and Certified Lighting Efficiency Professionals (CLEP). The Association's network of 100 chapters in the United States and Internationally offer networking opportunities around the world. Further, AEE's roster of corporate members is a veritable "Who's Who" of the commercial, industrial, institutional, governmental, energy services, and utility sectors.
